Why We Exist?

People Quit People, not Companies.
We Make Workplaces Worth Staying For.
Why We Exist

People quit people, not companies. And when they do, the cost isn’t just turnover-  it’s trust, morale, and connection. At TAKKLE, we believe the heart of every workplace is human. Strategies, systems, and perks matter, but without healthy connection, they can’t hold.Too many teams are burning out, checking out, or breaking down from disconnection-  disconnection from themselves, from each other, and from the bigger picture of why their work matters. The good news? The solution is simpler than most think. When leaders and teams are given the tools to tune into themselves and each other, culture shifts. Not by force, but by alignment.
Meet Kimberley

“I was told I’d never speak- now I guide workplaces on communication that drives culture.”Deaf since age two, I was told I’d never verbally communicate again. Instead, I rewrote the script. I learned to speak, but more importantly, I mastered the deeper layers of communication- body language, energy, and what’s left unsaid.I’ve seen it across cultures, from coaching young athletes to backpacking through 20 countries, to interviewing over 200 employees in Vancouver: disconnection is the root of most problems. Reconnection is always the solution. That’s why I built TAKKLE-  not to tick a box, but to drive real change. I don’t lecture leaders. I help them hear what isn’t being said, build trust, and turn culture into strategy that works.Beyond TAKKLE, I’ve served as the youngest Director on the Board for the Canadian Institute of Workplace Harassment and Violence, spoken to global audiences during Workplace Bullying Awareness Week, and delivered workshops and talks at District 3 and Balsam Montreal. But at the core, my mission stays the same: helping people connect, grow, and elevate.
